My heartfelt thanks go out to Maria and Sam who supported me on my journey to wellness. They provided me a professional, genuine, and respectful environment for me to heal and thrive in. They introduced me to life saving tools and skills to enhance my wellbeing in a holistic manner.. a truly wonderful experience. A. Hamilton.
Along my journey, you have taught me very valuable techniques and methods to help me create, challenge, and promote more positive thinking, giving me the confidence to continue my journey on my own.
I would like to express my gratitude for your time, energy, and commitment towards me. You have forever changed my life, and I thank you for that.
I understand that if I ever get stuck again, you are only a call away, and I appreciate your ongoing support. I think that really reflects the positive character you embody.

With a wealth of experience, Sam brings the facilitation of being well to the forefront of any consultation. Sam has an ability to connect on a personable level, while being firmly straight-up in a super helpful way. I will be forever grateful for Sam's help in my journey. While I am curious, and sometimes difficult, I always felt important. Sam’s empathetic approach is genuine care of the person as a whole.

I first met Sam when I attended Private rehab facility for alcohol addiction 14 months ago, where she was the lead nurse. Sam was my point of contact throughout my stay and made me feel extremely welcome and at ease. In the 3 weeks I spent at this facility Sam was a constant presence that I could rely on, not only for my mental support and wellbeing but my medical concerns too. The tools Sam gave me to cope with the thoughts, anxieties and emotions (that I was clearly suppressing with alcohol) have been priceless and are a part the reason I am now thriving in life, family and business.
It is people like Sam that really pull you through on what was the most challenging time in my life, and I highly recommend her services. Kevin F, Auckland.
I attended a three week health and wellbeing course in Auckland. Sam was the Lead Nurse at the facility.
It can be intimidating going into a foreign environment, however, my first point of contact on arrival was Sam. She immediately put me at ease and made the introduction process stress free. I felt relaxed and safe and all my pre course anxieties were explained in a succinct, empathetic and professional manner.
Over the period of the course, I built a considerable respect for Sam. She had all the answers to my medical questions, a no-nonsense approach to the task at hand and was sincere and empathetic in her interaction.
In my view, Sam’s ability to analyse, evaluate and advise on, what are at times, complex issues is a real strength. She listens attentively and then provides sound, actionable and constructive advice.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Sam to any prospective employer or client who is seeking a competent and talented health professional.
